RiverFront Place Condos

RiverFront Place Condos is a residential complex with two towers and eighteen townhouses positioned along the Missouri River in downtown Omaha. The buildings use concrete construction with large windows designed to maximize the river views from inside.

The first tower with 12 floors was completed in 2006 with capacity for 36 units, followed by a taller second tower with 15 floors in 2009. This development became part of the broader riverfront revitalization efforts in downtown Omaha.

The development stands near the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge and Gallup University Campus, connecting residents to educational and recreational opportunities in Omaha.

The residences feature double-glazed windows and energy-efficient heat pumps for year-round temperature control. A rooftop observation deck provides a viewing spot for the river and city skyline.

The rooftop observation deck is one of the few publicly accessible spots in this residential area where visitors can view the river without renting an apartment. From here, the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge comes into view, adding to the rooftop experience.
