Rock Lodge Club, Naturist community in Hardyston Township, US.
Rock Lodge Club is a naturist community spread across 140 acres of forest land in New Jersey with a spring-fed lake at its center. The property features two main buildings, the Stone House and a Bungalow, along with forty private cabins for members, plus swimming, kayaking, and hiking trails.
The facility was founded in 1932 as one of the first permanent naturist communities established in the United States. From its beginning, the site has been operated and maintained by volunteer members dedicated to its upkeep.
The community operates on naturist principles that center on body acceptance and mutual respect among members. Regular activities include outdoor yoga, tennis tournaments, and shared gatherings that bring people together throughout the year.
The location sits about one hour from Manhattan, making it accessible from major metropolitan areas in the region. Visitors should know that this is a private membership community with specific access policies and guidelines for guests.
The grounds include two separate beach areas designed differently: Sandy Beach with facilities for families and Rock Beach for a different experience. An on-site Swedish sauna and natural spring-fed waters add to the variety of ways people can enjoy the property.
