The estate, known as Wikiosco meaning 'Home of Beautiful Waters', represents the architectural preferences of wealthy industrialists during the early 1900s.
Located on Lake Shore Drive, the 5.2-acre property provides direct access to Lake George and maintains its original architectural elements.
The estate combines Tudor Revival architecture with native materials, incorporating locally sourced stone and timber throughout its construction.
