Dewolf Point State Park

The 13-acre park extends along the St. Lawrence River, featuring stone gazebos, boat docks, and camping areas overlooking Lake of the Isles.

Established in 1898 as part of the St. Lawrence Reservation, Dewolf Point State Park continues its heritage of offering riverside recreation to visitors.

The park preserves natural areas where Indigenous peoples lived before European settlement, maintaining connections to regional Native American heritage.

Visitors can access camping facilities, boat launches, fishing spots, and picnic areas from late April through mid-September, with vehicle entry fees of $6.

The park records over 15,000 annual visitors as the first recreational stop for travelers entering the United States from Canada via Thousand Islands Bridge.
