The project began construction in 2006 and was completed in 2007, marking a significant moment in the area's redevelopment. Its completion helped establish the Arena District as a contemporary residential neighborhood.

The residential complex integrates with the Arena District neighborhood, where 1,000 residents and 14,000 workers contribute to the local community.
