Flowing Kiss

Flowing Kiss consists of two large steel structures positioned on rounded bases on opposite sides of an intersection, each displaying rippling surfaces that taper into lip-like forms. The installation sits within North Bank Park at 311 West Long Street, where the surrounding open space allows visitors to view the pieces completely from multiple angles.

Lawrence Argent created this outdoor piece in 2013, contributing to Columbus's developing public art collection. The sculpture represents a more recent addition to the city's artistic landscape, part of ongoing efforts to enhance public spaces with contemporary works.

The steel structures face each other across an intersection, creating a visual conversation through their kissing forms. This arrangement encourages visitors to walk between the two pieces and experience the relationship from multiple viewpoints.
