Orr-Herl Mound and Village Site is an archaeological complex with a mound structure and settlement remains in Hardin County, Illinois. The site covers about 40 acres along the Ohio River near Rosiclare and contains layered deposits of habitation evidence.
Settlement at this location began around 900 AD and continued until approximately 1500 AD, when Mississippian peoples occupied it. This span of several centuries shows the lasting importance of the site.
