The building served as Butler University's library from 1903 to 1928 before becoming the headquarters for the Disciples of Christ organization until 1995.
The center contains permanent exhibitions about the International Harvester, West Baden Angels, and the Irvington Train Depot in its Kingsbury and Pavey Galleries.
The museum welcomes visitors on Saturdays and Sundays between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, offering guided tours through its preserved halls and exhibition spaces.
The memorial center stands as one of only two remaining structures from Butler University's original Irvington campus, alongside the former president's residence.
