The Kohima Capital Cultural Center features several exhibition halls, a conference room for 150 people, and a restaurant with dedicated kitchen facilities.
Construction of the cultural center started in 2005 but remained incomplete for over a decade due to land ownership disputes until 2019.
The center maintains exhibition spaces where local artisans display traditional Naga crafts, music instruments, textiles, and contemporary artistic creations.
The building includes a basement parking facility that accommodates 40 vehicles, making it accessible for visitors attending cultural events and exhibitions.
The center opened on December 1, 2021, becoming the first major cultural institution in Nagaland to combine modern facilities with traditional artistic presentations.
