Nissan Global Headquarters, Corporate headquarters in Yokohama, Japan
The 22-story glass and steel building reaches a height of 99 meters and features a curved exterior design resembling a sailing ship.
The structure, completed in 2009, marks Nissan's return to Yokohama, where the company first established its operations in 1933.
The building houses the Nissan Global Gallery on the first floor, presenting exhibitions about automobile manufacturing and Japanese industrial development.
The facility connects to Yokohama Station through the Hammirai Walk and provides direct access to Minatomirai district via the public NISSAN Walk passage.
The building incorporates a 40-kilowatt solar panel system that powers electric vehicle charging stations throughout the complex.
