The 17-floor Kudankaikan Terrace extends upward from its foundation, featuring conference halls, banquet rooms, and multiple commercial spaces throughout its floors.
Kudankaikan Terrace opened in July 2022, incorporating design elements from the former Kudankaikan building while introducing modern architectural innovations by Azusa Sekkei.
The building maintains two grand banquet halls named Shinju and Houou, reflecting Japanese naming traditions through their meanings of pearl and phoenix.
The building connects directly to Kudanshita Station through exits 4 and 5, serving three subway lines: Tokyo Metro Hanzomon, Tozai, and Toei Shinjuku.
The mechanical parking system in the basement accommodates 98 vehicles, while the building includes specialized rooms for religious practices on its lower level.
