The construction of Marina Towers emerged during the reconstruction phase of the Beirut Central Business District, marking a new era in Lebanese urban development.
The architectural design by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates integrates Mediterranean elements through its crescent shape and orientation towards the harbor.
The complex features 47 residential units, including 32 one-bedroom apartments, 14 two-bedroom units, and a penthouse, with private elevator vestibules.
The tower's concave structure follows the harbor's curve, while the skip-stop arrangement creates double-height living rooms with sea-facing panoramic views.
