CIA University

CIA University is an intelligence training center located within the Dulles Discovery complex in Chantilly. The facility consists of multiple buildings where specialized courses in intelligence methods, languages, and technical fields are conducted year-round.

The institution originated from the Office of Training and Education established in 1950. It took its current form in 2002 following the September 11 attacks.

The university maintains a diverse faculty of intelligence experts and educators who incorporate real operational experiences into their teaching methodologies.

The campus is not open to the public and access is restricted to officially employed or authorized personnel. General information about training programs is available online for qualified applicants.

The center offers courses in unconventional subjects such as chemical weapons manufacturing and defensive driving. This type of specialized training is rarely found in standard security programs.
