Trinity Court Building

Trinity Court Building at Trinity Place is a modern commercial structure featuring bronzed aluminum exteriors that preserve stained glass and terra cotta elements from earlier buildings on the site. The complex provides space for commercial operations and community functions in Lower Manhattan.

The current building completed in 2021 is the third structure on this site, following earlier versions from 1879 and 1927. The location has transformed multiple times over more than a century, reflecting the Financial District's evolution.

The building grew from community discussions and now houses Trinity Church offices along with shared spaces for local use. The neighborhood's input shaped its purpose, moving away from the original plans for expensive apartments.
