The Garvi Gujarat Bhawan spans seven floors and contains 78 themed rooms, including presidential suites, VIP accommodations, and standard guest chambers.
The facility opened its doors on September 2, 2019, replacing a smaller Gujarat Bhawan that previously operated on Kautilya Marg in New Delhi.
The building incorporates Māru-Gurjara architectural elements and features construction materials from Dhaulpur and Agra, reflecting Gujarat's design traditions.
Visitors can access comprehensive facilities including a restaurant, business center, conference halls, gymnasium, yoga center, library, and terrace garden.
This state guest house stands as the first in New Delhi to receive certification as a green building, constructed on a 7,066 square meter plot.
