Starbucks Reserve is a three-floor venue in Capitol Hill dedicated entirely to coffee, with areas for roasting, brewing, and tasting experiences alongside several serving counters. The layout includes viewing spaces where guests can watch the coffee preparation process unfold.
The venue opened in 2014 and sits nine blocks away from the original Starbucks location at Pike Place Market. This expansion allowed the brand to build on its Seattle coffee heritage from a new perspective.
