Denny Centre, Residential skyscraper in Denny Triangle, Seattle, US

Ren, also known as Denny Centre, is a 42-story residential skyscraper at Denny Way and Fairview Avenue in Seattle's Denny Triangle. It has 457 apartments, a three-story podium with 10,000 square feet of retail space, and an undulating façade with softened edges inspired by the collision of two city grids. A five-story underground garage accessed from Virginia Street provides 308 parking stalls.

The triangular lot at Denny Way and Fairview Avenue held a two-story office and retail building called Denny Center, built in 1937. Vancouver-based Bosa Properties bought the site for $8 million in May 2007 and filed plans for a residential tower in September 2015. After the old building was demolished, construction on the tower began in August 2018 and was completed in early 2022.

Ren's ground-floor hospitality spaces are run by Tutta Bella, the Seattle pizzeria awarded sole rights to the building's 6,932 square feet of restaurant and bar area in March 2023. Its Lobby Bar opened in May 2023, giving residents and passers-by a place to eat and drink at the corner of Denny Way and Fairview Avenue.

The building is best reached by walking or cycling, as the neighborhood has good bike lanes and sidewalks. Visitors should know that most areas are business spaces and access to certain sections may be limited.

Ren's undulating facade with softened edges was inspired by the "collision between two city grids." The Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce named it the 2022 Building of the Year, and it later won Best Tall Building in the Americas from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat in 2023.
