Amazon Tower I, Corporate headquarters in Denny Triangle, Seattle, US.
Amazon Tower I rises 160 meters into the Seattle skyline with 37 floors of glass and steel construction at the intersection of Lenora Street and 7th Avenue.
The NBBJ architectural firm completed this 521-foot building in 2016 as part of the Amazon Headquarters Complex, making it Seattle's most expensive construction project at 250 million dollars.
The east facade displays a large 'Hello World' sign, reflecting the software development roots of the company and its connection to the technology sector.
The building incorporates the first Amazon Go store location, which opened in 2018, introducing shopping without traditional checkout processes to the public.
Three intersecting glass spheres surround the tower base, providing 65,000 square feet of workspace and retail areas for 1,800 employees.
