Insignia Towers, Residential skyscraper in Belltown district, Seattle, United States.
Insignia Towers is a residential complex comprising two identical 41-story buildings located at the corner of 6th Avenue and Bell Street in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. The twin structures house more than 700 residential units ranging in size, each featuring contemporary finishes and modern appliances throughout.
Embassy Development, a Canadian firm, acquired the site in 2007, but construction did not begin until 2012 when Bosa Development took control of the project. The completion of the twin towers represented a major milestone in the contemporary development of Seattle's Belltown neighborhood.
The towers stand in Belltown district, where residents connect to Seattle's downtown arts, dining, and entertainment venues within walking distance.
The complex sits in a walkable downtown location with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues throughout the Belltown area. Note that this is a private residential building, so interior access is typically limited to residents and their guests.
Each tower features a Sky Retreat on the top floor with panoramic views across Seattle and the surrounding region. The complex also includes an open-air park on the seventh floor complete with cooking stations for residents to gather and socialize.
