Insignia Towers, Residential skyscraper in Belltown district, Seattle, United States.
The Insignia Towers complex consists of two identical 41-story buildings rising 441 feet above Seattle's urban landscape at 6th Avenue and Bell Street.
Canadian developer Embassy Development bought the site in 2007, but construction started in 2012 when Bosa Development took over the $450 million project.
The towers stand in Belltown district, where residents connect to Seattle's downtown arts, dining, and entertainment venues within walking distance.
The residential complex provides 707 units ranging from 737 to 2,311 square feet, equipped with hardwood floors, quartz counters, and Bosch appliances.
Each tower features a Sky Retreat on the 41st floor offering views of Seattle, plus a seventh-floor open-air park with cooking stations.
