Via6 Towers, High-rise complex in Belltown, Seattle, US
Via6 Towers are two 24-story residential buildings in Belltown with about 18,000 square feet (1,670 square meters) of retail space at ground level. The complex houses hundreds of apartments across its floors and rises approximately 240 feet (73 meters) tall.
The complex was built from 2011 to 2013 as a new residential development in the growing Belltown area. Architects GGLO designed the project to bring modern apartments and street-level businesses to this Seattle neighborhood.
The towers blend apartments with street-level shops, creating a gathering place where residents and visitors move through daily. This mix of living spaces and retail businesses shapes how the neighborhood feels today.
The towers sit at the corner of 6th and Lenora Streets with direct access to public transit options nearby. There are three underground parking levels available for those arriving by car.
The project earned green building certification standards and incorporates energy-efficient methods throughout its design and construction. This focus on sustainable practices sets it apart from many other residential complexes of its era.
