Arrivé, Skyscraper in Belltown, Seattle, United States
Arrivé is a mixed-use tower in Belltown standing 41 stories tall and serving as both a residential and hotel destination. The building contains apartments on upper levels, a hotel occupying the lower portion, and retail shops facing the street.
Construction started in 2015 but paused due to ownership changes before resuming in 2016 under new management. The project was completed following this transition period.
The development combines residential living spaces with The Sound Hotel, which operates from the second through tenth floors of the building.
The tower sits prominently within Belltown and provides street-level retail access that blends into the neighborhood. Hotel guests can enter directly from the building's interior without needing to go outside.
The project received partial funding through Chinese nationals participating in the EB-5 visa program, with a total investment of 190 million dollars.
