McKenzie is a residential high-rise with an elliptical shape and glass facade in the Denny Triangle neighborhood of Seattle. The tower rises about 40 floors and holds around 450 apartments, with parking available on site.

Clise Properties proposed a 40-story residential tower on this Denny Triangle site in early 2014, and an elliptical design was unveiled that October at the request of a design review committee and residents of a nearby condominium. The $284 million project, partly funded by a Bank of the Ozarks loan, broke ground in December 2015 and opened in July 2018.

The ground floor of McKenzie holds a restaurant that draws people from the neighborhood and beyond. Its street-facing presence makes the base of the building a natural stopping point along the block.

The entrance and ground-floor restaurant are easy to spot from the street, so orientation is straightforward on arrival. Those coming by car will find parking inside the building.

The building's elliptical form was not the original plan: it was unveiled in October 2014 at the request of a design review committee and residents of a neighbouring condominium. The shape was chosen to answer their concerns about the tower's footprint in the Denny Triangle.
