1918 Eighth Avenue is a 500-foot-tall (150 m) skyscraper in Seattle's Denny Regrade neighborhood. Completed in 2009, it has 36 floors and 658,744 square feet (61,199.3 m2) of space, mostly offices. The building was developed by Schnitzer West, LLC and designed by NBBJ.

1918 Eighth Avenue was completed in 2009 as a 36-floor, 500-foot tower developed by Schnitzer West. Its first tenant, law firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro, signed on August 25, 2008, for 21,000 square feet. Schnitzer put the 658,744-square-foot building up for sale in May 2011, shortly after Amazon.com took a long-term lease on more than two thirds of the office space; an affiliate of JPMorgan Chase then bought it for $350 million.

The tower's name comes from its address at 1918 Eighth Avenue, and its main tenant is Amazon.com, which signed a long-term lease for more than two thirds of the office space shortly before May 2011. The law firm Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro became the first tenant on August 25, 2008, leasing 21,000 square feet.

The building sits centrally in Seattle with excellent public transportation connections and pedestrian walkways nearby. Visitors can easily explore the surrounding area and find numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance.
