Kinects

Kinects is a residential tower with a distinctive wedge shape that gradually expands upward through its upper sections. The 40-story building contains 357 apartments and includes parking for 350 vehicles.

The project was approved in 2008 but delayed by the financial crisis until Security Properties revived construction in 2014. This restart marked a turning point in Denny Triangle development as the local economy recovered.

The building contributes to the development of the Denny Triangle neighborhood and houses hundreds of residents in a rapidly growing urban area. The architecture reflects Seattle's recent transformation toward denser housing.

The building sits at the intersection of three neighborhoods - Downtown Seattle, Capitol Hill, and South Lake Union - making it easy to reach. Visitors find good access and connections to other parts of the city nearby.

A large hemlock tree grows inside the building, preserved as a natural element within the urban structure. Residents can enjoy city views from a rooftop swimming pool.
