970 Denny Way

970 Denny Way is a glass residential tower with a brick base in South Lake Union. The structure rises through 40 floors containing 461 apartments and reaches about 435 feet in height.

Construction started in 2016 after demolishing a 1927 warehouse that once stood on the site. This project marked the first tall building development in the South Lake Union area.
