The National Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hall is a museum in Xinyi District, Taipei, Taiwan that spreads across more than 11 hectares and was built in a traditional Chinese style. The building includes a central exhibition area, a performance hall, and several rooms for educational programs.
The hall opened in 1972 to commemorate Dr. Sun Yat-sen, who led the revolution that toppled the Qing Dynasty. He then founded the Republic of China and is honored in Taiwan as an important statesman.
