The original residential building was transformed by Hitzig Militello Architects through the addition of two new entrances and the conversion of the patio into an outdoor dining area. These renovations created a new purpose for the structure while respecting its fundamental characteristics.
The establishment brings together modern Argentine cooking with traditional pastry making, and visitors can taste local specialties like almond alfajores and braised beef sandwiches. The way the space is organized shows how traditional techniques continue to matter in contemporary dining.
The venue opens daily and offers moderate pricing for both meals and beverages. The space is distributed across multiple levels, so visitors should be prepared to move around different areas to explore the full layout.
The interior incorporates reclaimed scaffolding, iron mesh, and raw brick, creating a dialogue between industrial materials and the living environment. Dried plants are displayed throughout, forming a visual bridge between the interior spaces and the natural world outside.
