Badeparadies Schwarzwald, Water park and spa complex in Titisee-Neustadt, Germany
Badeparadies Schwarzwald is a water and spa park in Titisee-Neustadt spread across several connected halls. Three separate areas divide the facility: one with slides and a wave pool, a second with thermal pools and palms, and a third with saunas for adults only.
The facility opened in 2012 as part of Thermengruppe Josef Wund and brought indoor water entertainment to a region known for its natural healing springs. The site complements the traditional spa towns of the Black Forest with a modern leisure option for families.
The name joins the German word for bath with a promise of paradise that appears in the tropical interior design. Visitors find palms next to Black Forest wooden architecture and enjoy German sauna traditions in rooms styled with Caribbean warmth.
The areas with slides and thermal pools are open to all ages, while the sauna section is reserved for adults. Warm temperatures prevail indoors throughout the year, and changing rooms along with lockers are located near the entrances.
A retractable glass roof lets in fresh Black Forest air during summer while the water surfaces under the tropical canopy remain heated to 33 degrees Celsius (91 degrees Fahrenheit). The system creates an open feeling without losing the constant warmth.
