Africa Safari Park, Safari park in Al Buhayrah, Egypt
Africa Safari Park is a wildlife facility in Al Buhayrah featuring separate habitats where lions, leopards, hippos, and bears live and roam. Guests travel through the grounds in guided vehicles to observe the animals in their spacious enclosures.
The facility opened in 2004 as Egypt and the Middle East's first safari park. Its establishment introduced a new way for people in the region to observe wildlife up close.
The on-site restaurant serves African cuisine and plays traditional music, allowing visitors to experience continental cultures through dining. The food and sounds create a connection to African ways of living.
The facility is easy to reach by car and has plenty of parking space along with picnic areas. Comfortable shoes and sun protection are recommended for your visit.
Visitors can take boat rides past artificial waterfalls to see chimpanzees in their area. These water-based tours make observing the primates a memorable experience.
