Zed Park

Zed Park is an entertainment facility with more than 25 rides, featuring a large Ferris wheel standing 55 meters tall that dominates the landscape. The park also includes a carousel, swinging rides, a circus train, and numerous dining and shopping areas spread across the grounds.

The park was established as part of an initiative to create modern entertainment options in the developing Sheikh Zayed district. Its opening came during a period when the area was being expanded into a new center for leisure and residential living.

The park serves as a weekend gathering place for Egyptian families where children explore the rides while parents spend time on the green areas. The atmosphere comes alive with children's laughter and music from different zones.

The park opens daily in the afternoon and has varying closing times depending on the day of the week, with extended hours on weekends. Visitors should watch for wet areas, particularly around water attractions and dining zones, where the ground may become slippery.

The park includes a dedicated skating rink that offers visitors an alternative activity alongside the traditional rides and attractions. This skating facility is a rare amenity in Cairo, setting the park apart from other local entertainment venues.
