Chef Paulo Airaudo earned two Michelin stars at La Bottega in San Sebastian before opening NOI as his flagship Asian restaurant in November 2022. This venture marked his expansion into a new dining market.
The name NOI means "we" in Italian and reflects the chef's approach of blending Italian culinary traditions with Japanese seafood. Diners experience this fusion with each course they taste.
The restaurant operates Monday and Thursday through Sunday from 6 PM to 11 PM and requires advance reservations. Book by phone or WhatsApp to secure your table ahead of time.
