Above The Clouds

Above The Clouds is a metallic sculpture in Exchange Square that features two large figures made of polished steel. The forms face each other and appear to respond to one another.

The work was created by artist Yatyiebaiman Siio and became part of Exchange Square's permanent collection. The sculpture was installed to increase the presence of public art within Hong Kong's financial district.

The sculpture shows two figures engaging with each other, reflecting the energy found in this financial district. This representation brings human movement and connection into a space otherwise dominated by buildings.

The sculpture sits in a public area directly next to the International Finance Centre. It is walking distance from Central MTR station and can be viewed at any time.

The polished steel surface looks different depending on the time of day and weather conditions. This means the sculpture's appearance keeps shifting and offers new visual impressions each time you visit.
