Opened in summer 2019, the park was developed through collaboration between local tourism authorities and the series creators to promote regional tourism while celebrating modern manga culture, incorporating elements inspired by Masashi Kishimoto's Shinobi universe and its rich storytelling traditions.
The facility hosts live demonstrations of ninja skills, martial arts displays, storytelling sessions about Hokage origins, and cosplay contests that connect the fictional narrative with authentic Japanese martial traditions, deepening visitor engagement with both entertainment and cultural heritage.
Open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturdays until 6:00 PM, and Sundays until 7:00 PM, the park offers parking facilities, souvenir shops with exclusive merchandise, and the themed Ramen Ichiraku restaurant serving character-inspired dishes.
Visitors can engage in 3D shooting rides using scientific ninja tools inspired by the Boruto series, compete for the Hokage title through interactive games, and capture photos with advanced green screen technology that incorporates beloved characters from the anime universe.
