Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami
Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami is a hotel and apartment complex in Downtown Miami, currently under construction and set to rise over a thousand feet (around 305 meters) when finished. The building consists of nine staggered glass blocks with views of Biscayne Bay and offers 205 hotel rooms plus 360 private residences, including studios and apartments with one to four bedrooms.
The project launched sales in May 2021 and is expected to be completed by 2027. The development aims to sell over a billion dollars worth of property, adding Miami's first tower to surpass the 1,000-foot mark to the skyline.
The name Waldorf Astoria comes from two historic New York hotels that merged into a single legendary brand. People staying or living here experience that heritage expressed through contemporary design, personalized service, and attention to detail that makes everyday life feel more refined.
The building offers a dedicated entrance for residents with elevators leading directly to apartments, while hotel guests check in through a separate lobby. Completion is scheduled for 2027, with prices starting around 1.1 million dollars for one-bedroom units and larger homes reaching several million.
The penthouses on floors 86 to 100 feature ceilings up to 12 feet (around 3.66 meters) high and offer wraparound views of the city, water, and sky. Each residence is equipped with smart technology controlled through an app, allowing residents to manage lighting, temperature, and services from anywhere.
