The Loft 2

The Loft 2 is a 35-story residential tower in Downtown Miami containing around 500 units with concrete floors and open layouts. The structure incorporates the First Street Metromover Station directly, creating immediate access to the city's rail transit system.

The building was completed in 2007 by The Related Group of Florida as part of a residential expansion wave in Miami's business district. This period marked a significant shift toward residential use in what had been primarily a commercial area.
