One Biscayne Tower, Office skyscraper in Downtown Miami, US
One Biscayne Tower is an office skyscraper in downtown Miami with 39 floors stretching about 150 meters (492 feet) along the eastern edge of the business district. The building contains Class A office space with direct access to major transportation hubs.
The building was completed in 1972 and was the tallest structure in Miami and Florida at that time. It held this distinction until 1984, when another tower surpassed it in height.
Cuban exile architects Pelayo G. Fraga and E.H. Gutierrez designed this structure, which National Geographic featured in a 1973 article about Miami's Cuban community.
The building offers direct connections to Brightline railway and Miami Metromover for easy transit access. You will find electric vehicle charging stations, package lockers, and meeting facilities available within.
An antenna mounted on the roof extends the structure's height to nearly 210 meters (700 feet). This distinctive antenna has become a recurring feature in photographs of Miami's skyline over the decades.
