Southeast Financial Center

Southeast Financial Center is a 233-meter office tower with 55 floors that rises prominently in Downtown Miami. Large floor-to-ceiling windows across the facade allow extensive views toward the city and surrounding areas.

Construction started in 1981 and was completed in 1984, making it the tallest structure south of New York City at that moment. The building's name changed multiple times as financial companies merged or rebranded throughout the decades.

The tower serves as a visual landmark in Downtown Miami and reflects the city's role as a major financial hub in the Southeast. People recognize it instantly when navigating the skyline and discussing the city's business district.

The tower has a 15-story parking garage and 43 elevators for moving through the building efficiently. Direct access to Interstate 95 nearby makes it easy to reach by car.

A Spanish businessman purchased the building in 2016 in one of South Florida's largest real estate deals ever recorded. The sale marked a turning point in how the property market viewed Miami's financial district.
