Icon Brickell is a residential complex in Miami with three towers rising along Brickell Avenue, offering views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami. The buildings house thousands of apartments, restaurants, and extensive recreational facilities including a large swimming pool and fitness center.
The complex was completed in 2008 by the Related Group, marking a major development milestone for Miami's residential market. This project demonstrated a commitment to large-scale modernization in the Brickell area during the city's growth period.
The entrance features one hundred stone columns inspired by Easter Island statues, representing a 10 million dollar investment in architectural design.
The site sits directly beside parks and is easily accessible on foot, with clear entrances for visitors and residents. The towers are visible from Brickell Avenue and serve as easy landmarks when exploring the area.
The buildings include a 50-person hot tub, multiple restaurants with water views, and direct access to Miami Circle Park and Brickell Park.
