The Icon Brickell consists of three residential towers rising along Brickell Avenue, offering views of Biscayne Bay and downtown Miami.
Completed in 2008 by Related Group, the Icon Brickell development required an investment of one billion dollars, with land acquisition costs of 94 million dollars.
The entrance features one hundred stone columns inspired by Easter Island statues, representing a 10 million dollar investment in architectural design.
The complex includes 1,718 residential units spread across three towers, with amenities such as a 300-foot swimming pool and a 28,000-square-foot fitness center.
The buildings include a 50-person hot tub, multiple restaurants with water views, and direct access to Miami Circle Park and Brickell Park.
