Construction of the Asia tower began in 2005 under Swire Properties development, reaching structural completion in January 2008 as the final project on Brickell Key.
The residential complex integrates into Miami's architectural evolution, representing the transformation of Brickell Key into a center of luxury living.
The building contains 123 residences ranging from 1,600 to 3,813 square feet, with each floor housing three to five apartments accessed by private elevators.
Five dedicated elevators service the building, providing direct access to residences featuring twelve-foot ceilings and chef-designed kitchens with premium appliances.
