Brickell World Plaza

Brickell World Plaza is a 40-story office tower rising 520 feet in Miami's financial district. The structure contains 600,000 square feet of office space and features a large public plaza at ground level.

Construction of Brickell World Plaza began in 2006 and faced delays during the economic downturn before completion in December 2011. Additional funding was needed to finish the project after economic challenges interrupted work.

The building shapes Miami's downtown character through its illuminated facade and represents the city's emergence as a major financial hub. Its presence reflects how the neighborhood has transformed to accommodate business and commerce.

The building contains an eleven-story parking structure accommodating 927 vehicles and connects directly to multiple public transportation options nearby. Its central location makes it straightforward to reach using various transit methods.

The building became South Florida's first Cisco Connected Commercial Office Building and earned LEED Platinum certification for environmental design. These recognitions highlight its forward-thinking approach to technology and sustainability.
