Avenue on Brickell is a residential complex of two towers in Brickell, Miami. The East Tower rises 495 feet (151 m) over 47 floors, with its entrance on Brickell Avenue; the West Tower stands 365 feet (111 m) over 35 floors, entered from Southeast 1st Avenue a block away. Both were designed by SB Architects.

Avenue on Brickell was built between 2005 and 2007; both towers were topped off in early 2007 and structurally completed late that year. The complex replaced earlier low-rise Brickell buildings, part of the district's wave of residential high-rises. SB Architects, the firm behind both towers, is now called 10SB after a merger.

The complex is purely residential, so its daily life is shaped by residents rather than offices. Its two towers carry separate entrances: the East Tower opens on Brickell Avenue, the West Tower on Southeast 1st Avenue a block away.
