The Bond on Brickell is a 44-story residential skyscraper at 1080 Brickell Avenue with 328 units. Nichols Architects designed it to fill the mid-block sky void with "living blocks," and Loguer Design added James Bond and British themes inside. The lobby has an Abbey Road entrance, a 20-foot Bond topiary, and a Terry O’Neill photo collection.

The site at 1080 Brickell was first planned for a 2010 completion as a 491-foot, 43-floor tower with 315 units, but the Great Recession put it on hold. In March 2011 the developer announced a restart for 2014, yet the lot was still a parking lot for 1110 Brickell in early 2012 and the plan was cancelled. The current 44-story building broke ground on January 28, 2014, and was completed in September 2016; by April 2017 it was fully sold out.

The interiors were styled by Mexican firm Loguer Design, which wove James Bond and other British motifs into the shared spaces. Visitors can spot a Terry O'Neill photo collection, a lobby entrance modelled on Abbey Road and a 20-foot Bond topiary.

The building is well-positioned near multiple public transportation stops, making it easy to reach from different parts of the city. Keep in mind that amenities like pools and fitness areas are typically reserved for residents only.
