Axis at Brickell Village

Axis at Brickell Village comprises twin towers reaching 418 feet with 40 floors of residences featuring extensive glass exteriors and flexible interior layouts. The units vary in size to accommodate different household needs within this downtown residential complex.

Arquitectonica designed this complex which opened in 2008 as part of a development led by Brack Capital Real Estate Group. The completion coincided with a period of significant residential growth reshaping downtown Miami's skyline.

The towers represent contemporary Miami residential design integrated into an urban neighborhood that draws people seeking modern city living. The location reflects how this district has transformed into a hub for professionals and families wanting downtown convenience.

The location connects directly to Miami's Metromover and Metrorail transit systems for easy movement around the city. Keep in mind this is a private residential building, so public access may be limited to common areas or during special events.

Two swimming pools sit on a shared deck between the twin towers, creating a central gathering space for residents. This design feature connects the two buildings while offering recreational facilities overlooking the neighborhood.
