One Broadway

One Broadway is a residential skyscraper in the Brickell neighborhood with 42 floors of contemporary construction combining glass and steel elements that rise 413 feet (126 meters) above the street. The tower forms part of a cluster of modern residential buildings that have reshaped the area's appearance.

Construction began around 2002 and finished in 2005, marking the shift from a purely commercial district to a mixed residential neighborhood. This transformation was part of a broader redevelopment of the Brickell area during that decade.

The building sits within a neighborhood known for its galleries, theaters, and performance venues that shape the local cultural scene. Residents enjoy direct access to this creative environment from their homes.

The building sits two blocks from Brickell Avenue with convenient access to public transportation and numerous shops nearby. Walking paths also connect easily to restaurants and parks throughout the neighborhood.

In the early 2020s, the building underwent extensive renovations including an entirely new glass exterior facade that gave the tower a refreshed appearance. This work made it one of the most contemporary residential complexes in the neighborhood.
