1100 Millecento, Residential skyscraper in Brickell, United States
1100 Millecento is a 42-story residential tower in Brickell with a height of approximately 470 feet and a glass facade. The building contains about 382 residential units, each with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame city views.
Construction began in October 2012 but initially faced setbacks from the housing market downturn at that time. The tower was completed in February 2015, becoming part of Brickell's modern residential landscape.
The tower reflects the work of Pininfarina, the Italian designer famous for Ferrari styling, paired with architect Carlos Ott's approach to residential design in Miami. This collaboration shapes how the building looks and functions as a living space in the neighborhood.
The building offers 24-hour valet parking and a concierge service to assist residents with daily needs and questions. A fitness center and high-speed internet are accessible throughout the public areas of the tower.
The Cielo Club occupies the 43rd floor and features an infinity pool along with private cabanas for residents. This amenity deck offers elevated views of the Miami skyline and surroundings from one of the highest points in the building.
