1100 Millecento, Residential skyscraper in Brickell, United States

1100 Millecento is a 42-story residential tower at 1100 South Miami Avenue in Brickell, rising 470 feet. Its facade has a broad white vertical band; to its right are stacked balconies with glass railings, and to its left a rounded corner with curved balconies and a lower wing. The base has open, recessed sections.

The site was first approved for The Pointe at Brickell Village, a 442-foot, 42-floor tower scheduled to start in late 2007 and finish by 2009. That project was cancelled during the United States housing market correction. The tower that stands today, 1100 Millecento, was completed in February 2015.

The tower reflects the work of Pininfarina, the Italian designer famous for Ferrari styling, paired with architect Carlos Ott's approach to residential design in Miami. This collaboration shapes how the building looks and functions as a living space in the neighborhood.

The building offers 24-hour valet parking and a concierge service to assist residents with daily needs and questions. A fitness center and high-speed internet are accessible throughout the public areas of the tower.
