The 42-story glass tower at 1100 South Miami Avenue reaches 470 feet in height and contains 382 residential units with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Construction of the building started in October 2012 and faced initial delays due to the United States housing market correction before completion in February 2015.
The architecture combines Italian design elements from Pininfarina, known for Ferrari designs, with Carlos Ott's contemporary residential planning approach in Miami.
The building provides 24-hour valet parking, concierge services, fitness center facilities, and high-speed internet access throughout all public spaces.
Residents have access to the Cielo Club amenities deck on the 43rd floor, featuring an infinity pool and private cabanas with views of Miami.
