The development, initially proposed in 2006, faced delays during the Great Recession before construction began in October 2015.
Mexican architect Enrique Norten designed this triangular building while Italian designer Massimo Iosa Ghini created the interior spaces.
The residential units range from 698 to 18,811 square feet, with prices starting at $965,000 and reaching up to $1,218,000.
The building sits on a triangular lot where South Miami Avenue intersects with Southeast 1st Avenue, reflecting the design of New York's Flatiron.
