1010 Brickell is a 47-story residential tower in Miami's downtown that combines sleek glass design with sweeping waterfront views. The building houses nearly 400 apartments, each equipped with European-style kitchens and access to recreational facilities spread across multiple floors.

Sieger Suarez Architects designed this tower, which opened in August 2017 during Miami's rapid transformation into a residential high-rise hub. The building arrived as the Brickell neighborhood shifted from primarily commercial to mixed-use living space.

The building includes 387 residences with European-style kitchens, reflecting Miami's international architectural influences and modern urban living standards.

The location sits directly along Miami's waterfront with easy walking access to dining and shops throughout the Brickell neighborhood. Visiting during early morning or evening hours provides a more comfortable experience given Miami's heat and humidity.

Some apartments can be accessed through private elevators that lead directly to individual residences, a feature rarely seen in Miami residential buildings at the time of its opening. This setup was particularly appealing to buyers seeking maximum privacy and security.
