Sieger Suarez Architects designed this tower, which opened in August 2017 during Miami's rapid transformation into a residential high-rise hub. The building arrived as the Brickell neighborhood shifted from primarily commercial to mixed-use living space.

The building includes 387 residences with European-style kitchens, reflecting Miami's international architectural influences and modern urban living standards.
