The Four Seasons Hotel and Tower is a 70-story, 781-foot skyscraper at 1435 Brickell Avenue, clad in blue glass with horizontal white bands and two dark vertical strips near the top. Its stepped base carries a stone-colored sign reading "FOUR SEASONS" and "Hotel and Tower." The tower holds offices on floors 8 to 17, hotel rooms on floors 20 to 29, and 186 condominiums on floors 40 to 70.
Planned by Gary Edward Handel & Associates and Bermello Ajamil & Partners, construction began in 2000 and was completed in 2003. The tower then surpassed the 233 m Southeast Financial Center as the tallest building in Miami and Florida, a title it held until the Panorama Tower overtook it in 2017.
The tower's name comes from the Four Seasons hotel chain, which occupies floors 20 to 29 with 221 rooms and 84 condo-hotel units. The address on the stone sign at the base reads 1435 Brickell Avenue, while German sources give 1441 Brickell Avenue. The seventh-floor lobby serves the hotel and conference areas.
The hotel sits on Brickell Avenue with direct access to the Metromover station for the Financial District, making transport convenient. Its location offers good connections to the business district and other parts of the city.
The two-acre pool terrace sits on the roof of a six-level garage holding 934 parking spaces, and the seventh-floor lobby beside it serves the hotel and conference areas. The building's three lobbies are split by use: two on the ground floor for offices and residents, one on the seventh for hotel guests.
