Panorama Tower is an 85-story, 265-meter mixed-use skyscraper at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive in Miami's Brickell district. Its dark blue glass and metal facade is marked by a dense grid of horizontal white lines, with a thicker white band projecting outward about two-thirds up. A lower section near the base is set back, and the JW Marriott hotel stands in a pale stone building to the left.
Construction started in 2012 under developer Tibor Hollo's direction and finished in 2018. The completion signaled a turning point for the Brickell neighborhood, attracting more investment to the area afterward.
The building houses residents, office workers, and shoppers under one roof, creating a mixed-use space that reflects how the financial district has transformed into a residential neighborhood.
Panorama Tower is a private residential and hotel building, not open to the public. Its entrance is at the rear of the lot at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive, behind the two older office buildings fronting Brickell Avenue. The Tenth Street Metromover station is about two blocks away. The tower topped out in late 2017 and opened on 22 June 2018.
