SLS Lux is a 57-story skyscraper in Brickell featuring 450 luxury residences and 84 hotel suites. The units have private elevators and rooftop pools overlooking Miami's financial district.
The project began in December 2014, with construction work starting in July 2015 after aviation authority approval. This development represents another chapter in downtown Miami's growing skyline.
The building displays modern design features that shape Miami's skyline. You can see the contemporary glass facades and open layout of the complex, which reflect how the city continues to grow and change.
The building is located at 801 South Miami Avenue and includes parking for about 1,000 vehicles. A direct connection to Brickell City Centre makes it easy to reach shops and restaurants nearby.
Twelve penthouse residences each occupy an entire floor with unobstructed 360-degree views of the city and bay. These exclusive homes offer a rare combination of complete surrounding views and private height.
